Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and DDPPEE ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of THRW. They apply to our apps, website, and related services. By using THRW, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and be legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian to consent, you must have that consent. If you use THRW on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

THRW provides an AI-assisted workspace for capturing thoughts, organizing work, planning next actions, and managing todos and schedules. Available features, integrations, and usage limits may differ by platform, account, region, or release stage.

We may update or change the service. Features identified as beta, experimental, or upcoming may change or may not become generally available. An announcement or preview is not a commitment to a release date or a feature included in a purchase.

You may sign in through supported identity providers such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and devices and for activity performed through your account.

You may use thrw only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

• Do not use the service to violate another person's rights or privacy.
• Do not upload malicious code, probe security controls, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use automated methods to abuse capacity, evade limits, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use AI features to facilitate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

You retain any ownership rights you have in the content you submit to THRW. You give us permission to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, maintain and secure the service, and meet legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit, connect, or share content, including information about other people. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

AI can misunderstand a request, produce inaccurate information, or make changes that do not match your intent. Depending on the feature and permissions you choose, an AI action can create, update, or remove information in THRW or a connected service. Review important results, dates, and changes before relying on them.

AI output is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for actions you authorize. THRW does not guarantee a particular outcome, productivity improvement, or that reminders and schedules will prevent missed commitments.

External AI processing is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable in-app permission notice. Content submitted through a separate AI client is also subject to that client's terms and data practices.

Integrations are optional and require the relevant permissions. You authorize THRW to exchange information and perform the actions needed for the features you enable, including calendar synchronization and access through external AI clients. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and policies.

If you share a link, the content made available through it may be accessible to anyone with access to that link, including through shared AI features. You are responsible for deciding what to share. Revoking access cannot remove copies already saved by a recipient.

You can manage or revoke integrations through the relevant controls. Disconnecting a service does not necessarily reverse actions already completed, delete external records, or revoke permissions held by that provider.

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, the price, billing period, and applicable terms are shown at checkout. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are processed under that store's billing terms. Recurring subscriptions renew under the terms you accept at purchase unless canceled through the store.

Manage subscriptions and request refunds through the store where you made the purchase. Refund eligibility is subject to the store's policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Paid plans may include usage limits or credits. Included allowances and any renewal or expiry conditions are described with the plan. Buying a plan does not provide unlimited AI use unless expressly stated.

Deleting the app or your THRW account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately if you do not want future renewals. Purchases associated with a deleted THRW account cannot be transferred or restored to a newly created account.

Except for your content, thrw and its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by DDPPEE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service as provided.

We work to keep THRW available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, device limitations, network conditions, and third-party services can affect synchronization, AI features, alarms, and integrations.

Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Do not rely on THRW as your only record of a critical deadline or as an emergency or safety-critical service.

You may stop using THRW at any time. To request account deletion, follow the instructions in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the app is not an account-deletion request.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or address a material violation of these terms. We may terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

The provisions that by their nature need to continue after termination remain effective, including provisions concerning ownership, unpaid obligations, disclaimers, liability, and disputes.

• Account deletion and data retention

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thrw is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDPPEE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of material changes. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the service and cancel any subscription separately. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer protections or other rights that apply to you under mandatory law, including rights to bring a claim in a court available to you under that law. Please contact [email protected] about a dispute so we can understand the issue.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Any transfer of these terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale remains subject to applicable law and does not remove your mandatory rights.
